Canning Salsa-Muy Bueno!

I love to make Salsa!  I use most of my Summer Tomato crop to make and preserve Salsa for my Fallmoon Farm Salsa's. It is one of my best sellers and there are so many ways that Salsa can be made. I am going to post a very small list of Salsa recipes for those that may want to try it. As you get more comfortable you will find that you can branch out and make your own wonderful original recipes!
