Conserve Water-How To Make A Rain Barrel

I have gotten spoiled here in Ohio in regards to rain. We have at least two storms a week until August or so. BUT that doesn't mean a Rain Barrel is unneeded. They are always helpful regardless of your location. If you live in an area where water conservation is important? This is a fabulous thing to have for your garden!
