Onion Flowers Recipe

This is very cool. I am a big fan of The Outbacks Bloomin' Onion but it isn't exactly good for you. These Onion Flowers? Would not only be yummy to munch on (maybe even make a healthy version of the Bloomin' Onion dipping sauce to go with it) these would be beautiful on a platter for a party.
